4/30/2023 0 Comments Sample letter to inform neighboursMy daughter was recently 18 and due to restrictions we could not celebrate properly so decided to have a small gathering from my bubble in by back garden. I do have cctv and have proof that I do not cause any problems within my property. She has been seen at 5 o’clock in the morning laying peoples wheelie bins on there side outside of there front doors ect. She has asked us to close our front door more quietly as it disturbs her to which we have always been very polite about and told her we will try. She also barks at my dog over the fence and tells my children’s friends that they need to get out of my front garden or she will touch them. The lady plays tunes on my wall with what sounds like sticks all through the day and bangs on her floor which I just choose to ignore as I feel she wants a reaction. The lady has lived here for a very long time and I think she believes she has some sort of authority over what goes on in my property. This caused her to pack up and leave her hone as she could not cope with this lady anymore. The previous tenants had 4 children so obviously there was going to be everyday living noise. I know now from the previous tenants that’s she constantly complained about them making noise and would report them at every opportunity she got. I have lived in my property now for 11 years and have 2 older children, 18 and 15my neighbour lives alone and is quite a nasty lady.
